fit20 is a scientifically proven health & fitness brand founded in 2009 by Walter Vendel (PhD psychology) and co-founder Bram Kroeske (physiotherapist). fit20 started franchising in 2009 in the Netherlands, crossing the 100 location milestone in 2017.
Currently active in 14 countries, training 20,000+ members weekly in 150+ studios. We conducted the largest study ever done in exercise science, with Solent University in England in 2022, showing how everyone, regardless of age, gender, and starting level, became 30 to 50% stronger.
