Our Japanese bread, baked daily using Japanese flour, is lightly crusted on the outside and silky soft on the inside. Besides being natural, hand-rolled, wholesome, and preservative free, it’s available in over 150 delicious varieties! Komugi also offers a variety of delighted and delectable cakes and pastries. We aspire to make all our customers smile on the first bite! To better cater to the various market segments and locations, we have developed three different Komugi concepts stores, which is Bakery, Deli and Café.
